Your Million Dollars on Top of a Mountain

Article by Winston Zvirikuzhe

Society is an interesting tapestry of individuals all woven into one world or rather organized system. In the world we find a very small percentage of people that actually are wealthy and a huge percentage that believes that wealth is not for them. The am zing thing is that ninety-six percent of the world will give up on their dreams and will never live a sustainable comfortable wealthy life where they are financially independent.

What we usually forget is that money is an idea, the moment you have an idea you have the money but what you then have to do is get the money. Let us say that there was one million dollars on top of every mountain in the world, every person who climbs up a mountain gets one million dollars. Now the thing is this, many people will try but the majority will never climb any of the mountains. Even if they see evidence of those who have climbed a mountain and got a million dollars they would still fail to climb any mountain. At first they would hear testimonies from those who have made it to the top of a mountain and with the excitement in them they will rush to any mountain to try and climb it. Some people give up before they even attempt to climb because when you are at the bottom the top seem so far. By just looking at the size of the mountain and the distance they have to climb they just decide it is too difficult.

The second group of people will rush to a mountain and in no time at all they reach a quarter of the way up but as they are still climbing up they start to realize that they do not have the necessary equipment. Their hands become sore and their feet numb from pain. These are the people who do not equip themselves with the understanding of how to climb mountains. They lack the education not school education but the knowledge on how to run a business. They just jump into things without the right equipment and sooner or later they are bankrupt of energy and just as fast as they started they descend the mountain and never try again climbing any other mountain.

The third group finds the equipment and in no time at all is now able to climb any mountain so they think. They climb the mountain they identify steadily enough and in no time reach half way or almost close to the million dollars. The problem they then face is that they climbed the mountain in the wrong season. In other words they were busy climbing the mountain but it was the worst weather to ever climb that particular mountain. In the world they are many mountains to climb, each with a million dollars on top but you have to find the right one to climb wherever you are and in the right season. So some people actually die climbing the mountains that they try whilst other just need rescuing off the mountain.

The fourth group on the other hand is the group that always gets to the top. People call them professionals and some just say they are very determined. This group surveys before they do anything. For this group they have already decided what they will reach the top of the mountain but all they now want is the strategy. This is the group who when they stand at the bottom of any mountain do not see a mountain but see the route they have to take in order to get to their million dollars. To them it’s not just someone else’s money it is their money also. They believe that they can and that it is also their right to get the money. This group does what it can to prepare, they have a way of getting the equipment even if it means loaning it from someone, and they study the weather and get the right equipment to survive in the weather. Before they climb the mountain, in their minds they have already envisioned it before they climb the mountain, in other words they have already seen their faith climb up the mountain. When other people tell them all these terrible stories of bankruptcy, and debts they are busy thinking of how they can best go over these uncertainties and if they meet these uncertainties how they can survive them. These are people who just do not give up, they continue going up even when everyone talks of recession, economic instability and whatever economic slowdowns happen. Sometimes on their journey up the mountain they meet huge obstacles on their path, they are not afraid to go around it and still go up. These people are the ones that make it in society. Sometimes they seem like they are climbing very slowly but to them it is the pace they choose, some of them climb very fast but at the end of the day when they come down the mountain they are holding a million dollars. The people that you see as presidents, CEO’s, artists, entertainers and all the wealthy different people in society are those people whose mountain climbing has brought them success.

If you have an idea in life, all you need is to realize that you are at the base f a mountain. Are you going to run away in despair or are you going to plan and climb. Doesn’t waste time get yourself the right tools, strategies and alliance, start climbing because the million dollars on top of these mountains around us are yours and mine; you just have to decide to get it.

Gaining A Better Understanding Behind Flatbed Scanners

More people are wondering about professional level flatbed scanners, and this is exactly why this article is going to be taking a much closer look at the Truper 3210 device from the Kodak company. The reason that this device is being looked at is because it offers the most typically sought after features.

A lot of companies are going to be very heavily concerned with how quickly a device such as this one can scan an acceptable number of jobs. This particular device can handle forty five jobs for each minute that it runs. This could easily add up to around nine thousand jobs after a day of work. This is an important feature because many industrial machines are needed for very large jobs.

A lot of people are not only concerned over how many scan jobs they will be capable of, but also how compatible the resulting files will be. This is because various office settings are going to be running different types of software application. This is one device that can save in just about every format that a person could ever want to. The device also comes with very handy software that is capable of format conversion.

There are three very important auto detect features on this particular unit, and these three should be examined much more closely. The first of the auto detect features is able to detect whether a job is color or if it is black and white. Some people might have never considered it before, but it really does take a lot of time and effort to continuously have to program the color and black and white settings.

Another thing that this machine can do is to automatically distinguish when a page within the load is blank. Many offices that are feeding these devices quite heavily might be feeding packets that have the occasional blank page. This unit knows when such a page is being scanned and it will not save the resulting file. This also saves a great deal of time in the long run for whoever is looking over the scan job.

People that are loading these devices with very large volumes might also be able to realize that every page is not likely to be in the proper order. Some might be upside down or maybe sideways. This machine is able to automatically detect an image that is not in accordance with the directional pattern of the other ones and compensate for such a thing. People looking after a scan job have very little to worry about because of these automated features.

There are so many types of paper materials that people within the office are going to need to scan, and this is the type of machine that was designed to be able to handle most of them. Some office workers become quite discouraged when they realize that their machine was not designed to handle a thicker type of card stock. This machine is capable of handling most commonly scanned types of card stock.

After examining some of the most important features offered on the Truper 3210, readers should now have a higher level of appreciation for flatbed scanners in general. A lot of offices and companies need the type of man power that such a device is often easily capable of.

A Truper 3210 is a great scanner to help organize your office. Be sure to check out all the flatbed scanners available from Scanner One.

Patriot America Travel Insurance Offers Quality Medical Care

The patriot insurance is good for people visiting the US or Americans traveling outside of the USA. It’s one of many insurance options you have. You’ll be glad you got if something out of synch happens on your trip. It’s being a boy scout more than anything else. You know, always prepared – who doesn’t love a boy scout?

Ask a seasoned traveler and he will give you two main types of travelers. There are the optimistic and the pessimistic types. The optimistic guys think that they can wing it through the strength of being positive. Then, when something beyond their imagination happens, they have no plan. Those who overbook insurance are being pessimistic and likely not to enjoy their vacation. With everything, there should be a balance.

Some who are overly positive can be too idealistic for their own good. Even if you live properly, it doesn’t mean nothing out of the ordinary will not happen. In the first place, being optimistic is relevant, as with fighting for your beliefs.

The world is different now. There are too many “ifs” to take chances. With the world becoming a global village, the person next to you could be from halfway around the world. You can easily make friends on social network sites and never even meet them personally. On your travels, you might even be considering touching base with some of them.

Knowing you have travel and health insurance from someone like patriot America insurance, you should feel a lot better. It’s the key to enjoying your trip. It’s the least you can do if your family is with you.

Even with immunizations, kids can still get sick or eat something disagreeable to their system. It could affect the trip so much. On other hand, what if you, as the adult got sick, who could they turn to, if not insurance?

This isn’t an insurance pitch. It’s just friendly advice about covering your trip adequately. You’ll be happy if something does happen. It’s comforting to know someone’s got your back.

Going to back to good karma, still in believe. Just don’t rely on it 100%. You can’t predict nothing will happen even if you’re good to others. This isn’t questioning your beliefs. It’s just making sure you and your family have a great, worry-free trip.

Udzungwa Mountains National Park is one of Tanzania’s most outstanding, pristine, paradise and unique exciting wilderness mountains forested with greatest altitudinal range of forest. It is one of thirty-four “World Biodiversity Hotspot” and one of 200 WWF Ecoregion of global critical importanceUdzungwa Mountains National Park was established in 1992, after being gazetted by the Tanzanian Government. The park is home of primate and known from the treasure of high biodiversity of plants and animals. The park has high density of endemism species with some plants and animals that are only found in these mountains nowhere else in the world can be found hence center for endemism in the eastern arc mountains.

Udzungwa Mountains National Park is part of the Eastern Arc Mountains, which is a series of mountains ranging from Taita Hills in Southern Kenya to the Makambako Gap in Southern central of Tanzania.

The mountain range sometimes is termed as “The Galapagos Islands of Africa” Galapagos Islands found in southern America has unique plants and animals. The eastern Arc Mountains are small and fragmented mountains each block having a patch of remaining dense tropical rain forests with high rainfall which seems as Islands in the sea of arid savannah vegetation.

The Eastern arc ancient crystalline mountains were formed more than 200 million years ago. Geological changes caused the rising of the central plateau, now the Tanzania/Kenya Highlands, and the formation of the Rift valley. Eastern Arc Mountains have species concentrations of unique flora and fauna in the world, in addition it contains 30-40 percent of Tanzania plants and animals. Humidity in the air from the Indian Ocean is forced, by the sudden change of altitude, to precipitate as rain in the mountains. Since the prevailing wind comes from east, the mountain range constantly receives rain.

Location and Size..The Udzungwa Mountains National Park with it’s area of 1990 sq. km is part of unique Eastern Arc Mountains, which cover about 10,000 square kilometers. The park is centered on 30 41′ E and 70 48′ S in the Iringa and Morogoro regions of south central Tanzania. Udzungwa Mountains National Park rises between 250m asl Park and 2576m asl Lohomero at the highest peak.

CLIMATE

BIRD LIFE

The park has second highest bird diversity in Africa behind only the Ituri forest in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Ornithologist are attracted to Park for an avian wealth as the forest is rich in birds habitat embracing more than 250 species, from the lovely and more than a dozen secretive Eastern Arc endemics species like Rufous winged sunbird and Udzungwa partridge a forest partridge first discovered in 1991 and more closely related to an Asian Genus than to any other African fowl.

REPTILES AND AMPHIBIANSThe Park also is attractive to herpetologist as harbors a dozen of Reptiles and amphibians which some of them are endemic to the Park like Cnemaspis uzungwae, Phrynobatrachus uzungwensis

FLORAThe Park Mountains is unique as the only national park in Tanzania having close canopy and unbroken forest from lowland rainforest at 250m asl rising to highland forest 2576m asl the highest peak in the park. The park has plants from small plants like Saint paullia to big tree over 30m high like Sterculia appendiculata and Antiaris toxicaria. The park has more than 2500 plants species over 160 species known as medicinal plants, botanists have recently discovered several endemic plants in the park.

The major attraction is biologically diverse plants, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, birds, butterfly, and insects of which some of species are found nowhere else in the world. Udzungwa Mountains National

ATTRACTIONS Udzungwa is not a conventional game viewing destination, Udzungwa is a magnet for hikers. An excellent network of forest trails includes the popular half-day ramble to Sanje Waterfall, which plunges 170 m (550 feet) through a misty spray into the forested valley below.

 The more challenging two-night Mwanihana Trail leads to the high plateau, with its panoramic views over surrounding sugar plantations, before ascending to Mwanihana peak, the second-highest point in the range.  Ornithologists are attracted to Udzungwa for an avian wealth embracing more than 400 species, from the lovely and readily-located green-headed oriole to more than a dozen secretive Eastern Arc endemics. Four bird species are peculiar to Udzungwa, including a forest partridge first discovered in 1991 and more closely related to an Asian genus than to any other African fowl. Of six primate species recorded, the Iringa red colobus and Sanje Crested Mangabey both occur nowhere else in the world – the latter, remarkably, remained undetected by biologists prior to 1979.Udzungwa is the only known National Park in Tanzania with a culturally important natural cave and has survived destruction before gazettement due to traditional taboos and beliefs.

Culture and History

“Udzungwa” is probably a linguistic corruption – possibly by the Germans – of the Wahehe word “wadsungwa” which means the people who live on the side of the mountains.

For many years the people on the eastern side of the Udzungwa Mountains have used the area as a sacred place for worship. They believe in a Mountain God they call bokela to whom they offer sacrifices in times of drought, diseases and famine.

ROUTES AND CAMPS.

Here you will make final preparations for your trek into the mountains. The hike up to Sanje waterfalls campsite where you will overnight is relatively short maximum (max 2hrs) but is quite steep in places. This is the park’s most popular attraction, although it is unlikely that you will meet any other hikers. Once at Sanje there will be time to explore forest and waterfalls, and even go for swim in one of the plunge pools. Bushbabies can be heard calling through the night and there will be a night walking safari looking for endemic chameleons

A Guide To Renting Trade Show Displays From Companies At Your Destination

Article by Chris Harmen

Many companies now feel comfortable renting trade show displays instead of buying. Renting provides a number of advantages, particularly for companies that are not very heavily invested in convention attendance. It allows your business to swap out old trade show booths once they are past their useful life. It guarantees no storage hassles and fewer travel problems. Renting provides most of the same benefits that would be expected from larger trade show stands. There is another way that renting can make your convention experience easier: it can remove the hassle of shipping if you rent from a company based at your destination.

Destination Rental Is The Lowest-Cost Way To Rent Trade Show Stands

Shipping costs a lot of money for almost all trade show booths. They are large, they are bulky, and they often require multiple boxes. They should be handled with care, and ideally they should be handled by someone with a lot of experience moving trade show booths, which drives the price up even further. This is true even if you choose a rental. If the unit has to be moved to your convention location, the price will likely be passed on to you.

The best way to avoid these fees is by simply arranging for the rental with a company that’s located near your destination, not near your business. You can arrange for the same exhibit that would have been created in your town, with the same customization options and the same details. The key is that instead of then shipping it from your local designer over to the convention location, the unit is already there – no shipping involved.

Working With An Out-Of-Town Design Team

The potential disadvantage of doing things this way is obvious: you cannot really see your trade show displays until you’re picking them up on your way to the convention. You won’t have to worry about paying shipping, but you might end up having to worry about what your unit looks like.

The best way to avoid this problem is simply to communicate with the designers. Pick a business that has created many rental trade show stands in the past. Ideally, pick one that is experienced in communicating with people from out of town about their designs. Your final choice should be a highly communicative and expressive company that seems eager to answer your questions. Make sure that you pick correctly, because you’re going to work very closely with them over the course of the creative process. Set goals, get updates, and make sure everything is progressing properly.

Digital Mock-Ups Are A Necessity

You will be in constant contact with the people who are constructing the rental in another city. You should be heavily involved in the design process, and you should know exactly what the unit is going to look like before you leave to attend the convention. Pictures, digital mockups, and other visual aids should be used liberally to help you understand what’s being produced.

When you are able to adequately communicate with a long-distance design company, renting trade show displays at the site of your convention becomes a lot more feasible. The savings from choosing a rental over a purchase are already compelling, but will be even more so when you can save on shipping too.

Guidelines On Starting A Nursing Career

There is a wide range of duties that a nursing career commonly entails. These duties differ significantly depending on education, the type of medicine, and the occupational path one decides to pursue. The single attribute that is common to all nurses is that they most often work alongside physicians and play a key part in patient health care processing.

A nurse is one who oversees the overall physical treatment of a patient suggested by the physician. The physician makes the chief decision on the diagnosis and treatment to administer which is thereafter supervised by the nurse.

Bedside manner is a skill that is essential for nurses to have, since they usually have more time physically treating the patient than the physician. They must be able to keep a patient calm and comfortable in their process to recovery.

In order to become a licensed nurse, one normally begins with acquiring the necessary educational background. This can come in the form of a degree or diploma. There are two options available that one could take: either to receive an associates degree or diploma from a recognized program or a hospital, or to finish a 4-year Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN).

Since a bachelors degree has a higher rate of success with the amount of job options available to those who hold one, it is much more popular than the 2-year diploma programs with its limited scope of available occupations.

Once the necessary educational requirements are completed, all prospective nurses must pass a licensing examination to become either a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Practical Nurse (PN). This exam is normally taken with the National Council of State Boards Nursing (NCSBN).

The areas and environment where nurse professionals may find jobs could be anywhere doctors work, and their duties and responsibilities will change correspondingly. Hospitals, hospice care, clinics, and even government agencies are but a few examples. There are opportunities to work in places where physicians do not which includes schools and home health care.

The duties that a nurse might come across with could be anything from keeping up with the overall comfort and hygiene of a patient, to administering intravenous treatment and injections, to being a member of a surgical team aiding with equipment and post-operative care. Other responsibilities might also include bringing medical records up to date and just about anything that concerns the speedy recovery and health of the patient.

More opportunities are available to more highly skilled practitioners who go beyond the minimum educational required. Apart from becoming an RN or PN, one can also decide to pursue a degree in the Masters level giving them the chance to take on a position as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). This profession allows one to enter specific medical fields including oncology, pediatrics, or anesthesiology. The rate of pay is much higher in these positions.

There are positive rewards to having a career in this industry. One could either be attracted to the above average salary it proposes while others might be readily sold on the gratifying sensation it has of helping others. It is also possible to be drawn in by the thought of all the different experiences you could gather with such a versatile profession.

The downside to becoming a health care professional is that there is still a huge demand for them and there are not enough professionals to fill the demand. This often results in long hours and volatile schedules even on a 40-hour workweek. It should be kept in mind that you will almost always be working with very sick individuals and it takes a certain type of personality to work in such stressful environment.
